Valeo Foods appoints new CEO for UK business

Valeo Foods, the Dublin-headquartered food producer behind household brands such as Kettle Chips and Jacob’s Biscuits, has announced a new UK CEO.

Kevin Moore will be joining the organisation in early June after moving from his position as group deputy CEO at Greencore.

"I am thrilled that Valeo Foods has been able to attract a talent of the calibre of Kevin, and look forward to supporting his exciting plans for the future of the business and organization in the UK," said Group CEO, Ronald Kers.

Wayne Hudson, who acted as interim CEO of the UK business, will advise Mr Moore in his first few months of the new role.

Valeo Foods has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2010, with revenues reaching €1.2 billion. Since its acquisition by Bain Capital Credit in 2021, the company has carved out a new external growth strategy with acquisitions of its own.
