Valeo Foods, the Dublin-headquartered food producer behind household brands such as Kettle Chips and Jacob’s Biscuits, has announced a new UK CEO.
Kevin Moore will be joining the organisation in early June after moving from his position as group deputy CEO at Greencore.

Wayne Hudson, who acted as interim CEO of the UK business, will advise Mr Moore in his first few months of the new role.
Valeo Foods has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2010, with revenues reaching €1.2 billion. Since its acquisition by Bain Capital Credit in 2021, the company has carved out a new external growth strategy with acquisitions of its own.
Last year, Valeo acquired Canadian maple syrup brand Bernards & Fils, marking its first expansion into North America, and also bagged York’s meat-snack producer New World Food Europe.
